शाळेबाबत प्राथमिक माहीती भरण्यासाठी हा सर्व्हे आहे, जिप शाळांमधे केल्या जाणाऱ्या विविध प्रकल्पांसाठी ही माहीती कायमस्वरूपी संकलित करणे हा ह्या सर्व्हेचा उद्देश आहे. सर्वच शाळांनी ही माहीती भरून ठेवणे इष्ट होईल.

गेले काही महिने प्राथमिक शिक्षण संचालनालयातर्फे सर्व जिल्हा परिषद शाळांच्या वीजग्राहकक्रमांकांचे संकलन सुरु आहे.
ही माहिती व्हाट्सअँप द्वारे गोळा करून केंद्र-तालुका पातळीवर एक्सेल मधे संकलित करून नंतर ई-मेलमधून पाठवण्यास सांगितले आहे.
मात्र ही पद्धत फार वेळखाऊ ठरते आहे. त्यात वेग येण्यासाठी ह्या सर्व्हेमध्ये भरलेली माहिती उपयोगी ठरेल. याकरिता युडायस सोबत वीजग्राहकक्रमांकाची नोंद आवश्यक आहे. अशी नोंद उपलब्ध करून देणाऱ्या शाळांचे वीजबिल शासनाकडून परस्पर भरले जाण्याचे नियोजन सुरु आहे.
